She is also the founder of Mother Daughter Network (MDN) that offers interactive programs for girls aged four to 24 and the women who care for them. Lisa believes that if you encourage a girl, you empower a nation. As managing director of On Point Communications, LLC she works with a team of experts to provide leadership and communication strategy.

She is originally from New York City where she attended S.U.N.Y.-F.I.T. and studied marketing and communication. Lisa earned her bachelors and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She and her family now reside in New Jersey.
